What condition should the product be in for a replacement?

As Scanpointqr does not accept returns, we send out free replacements for damaged items. The customer needs to provide proof of damage to qualify for a free replacement.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns on customized products.
Because all customized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on customized products once an order has been placed and processed.
Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.

3. Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or unusable, we will gladly replace the item at no charge, including free shipping.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email proof of damage (clear photos of the item and packaging) to info@scanpointqr.com.

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue in your email.

Once we verify the damage, we will promptly ship a replacement item to your address.

4. Non-Damaged Orders

We cannot replace or refund items due to:

  • Customer error in submitted text, design, or image.

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.
